Located at Tauriko Business Park, this building was designed and purpose-built for tenants, J&T Plumbing. As you enter, a glass canopy features above the entrance way and the layout consists of a warehouse, office and show room. The show room was specifically designed with a high-level ceiling to create a light and airy volume of space.

Finished with aluminium joinery and a pre-cast concrete boundary wall, this building is practical as well as attractive in its uncomplicated design. Expressed cladding system was used for the office area.
