CAYMAN RISES ABOVE SEA

THE FIRST HIGHRISE MT MAUNGANUI HAD SEEN FOR YEARS – DELIVERED WELL WITHIN TIMEFRAME.

Extensive foundations and retaining walls were required to construct this coastal building, with its basement below sea level. The site had to be de-watered and sheet piling used to shore up neighbouring buildings before construction could begin on the 48-unit complex.
